Conflict Resolution

Sometimes there are changes in one work system and at the same time a corresponding synchronized entity is also changed, both of the side will be synchronized . The final values in that case will be decided by the setting in the conflict resolution section.

Step By Step Guide

1. Navigate to the Processes page
2. Press the Mapping Entities button
   2.2 If the process inherits a global mapping then press the Edit Global Mapping button

3. Press the Mapping Options button near specific entities pair

4. Select which entity will win in a sync conflict
5. Press the Save button.
